How do you charge for projects?

We charge a flat fee for each project based on the size and scope of the project. We provide a detailed quote after our initial consultation so that you know exactly what you are paying for. We also offer payment plans to help spread the cost of larger projects.
Do you offer free in-person estimates?

Yes, we deliver a more in-depth quote for our services. Our team of experienced professionals will come to your home or business to discuss your renovation needs and provide you with an accurate estimate of the cost and timeline. We can also provide estimates over the phone or through email if that is more convenient for you.
What certification and compliance do you have?

Our company has been registered with the CIPC since 2012 and we have been in operation ever since. We are also registered with the CIBD and the NHBRC.
What kind of construction do you specialize in?

We specialize in a wide range of construction, including building; foundation to finish, turnkey renovations etc
Do you have your own crew or do you hire sub-contractors?

We are proud to have our own team of experienced professionals. However, we do hire sub-contractors to work on some of our projects. Each member of our team is highly trained and certified in their respective areas, and each project is supervised by one of our experienced project managers.
Who is responsible for getting the necessary permits

We take full responsibility for obtaining all necessary permits for any renovation project we take on. We will make sure that all local building codes and regulations are met in order to ensure the safety and legality of the project.
How long does a typical project take?

Fourways Construction and Projects, we understand that every project is unique and the timeline for each project depends on many factors such as the complexity of the project, the availability of materials and labor, and any permits required. However, our experienced team works hard to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. On average, our projects take between 3-6 months to complete.
