Project Atholl

PROJECT SCOPE

We undertook this comprehensive renovation project at the Atholl to enhance its aesthetics, functionality, and structural integrity. The project encompassed various activities to improve the interior and exterior of the property.

Project Objectives

The primary objectives of the project were as follows:

  • Enhance the visual appeal and overall condition of the property.

  • Address identified issues such as leaks, cracks, and worn elements.

  • Ensure the safety and functionality of critical areas like the staircase and patio.

  • Deliver a high-quality renovation that aligns with the client's requirements and expectations.

Activities

The following activities were carried out as part of the renovation project:

Metal Frames (Kitchen) Repainted: Inspected and prepared metal frames in the kitchen area for repainting. This involved cleaning, sanding, and priming the surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Applied a fresh coat of paint to achieve a uniform and refreshed appearance.

Repaired Identified Leaks on Interior Walls: Thoroughly inspected all interior walls to identify and address any leaks or water damage. Applied appropriate repairs and treatments to prevent future leaks and ensure the structural integrity of the walls.

Repaired Cracks on Interior Walls + Garage Exterior: Identified cracks on interior walls and the garage exterior. Performed necessary repairs, including patching, sealing, and smoothing the surfaces. This will help maintain a seamless appearance and prevent further deterioration.

Prepared and Repainted Identified Interior Walls and Ceiling Area (Excluding Big Lounge): Prepared selected interior walls and portions of the ceiling for repainting. This involved surface preparation, including cleaning and patching any imperfections. Applied fresh paint to achieve a consistent and updated look in the designated areas.

Repaired Staircase Wood and Neaten Patio Tiling: Repaired and restore the wooden elements of the staircase, addressing any signs of wear, damage, or instability. Neatened the patio tiling by fixing any loose or damaged tiles and ensuring a uniform and aesthetically pleasing surface.

Sand Main Entrance Door and Repaint: Sanded the main entrance door to remove any existing finish or imperfections. Applied a new coat of paint or finish to restore the door's appearance and protect it from environmental factors.

Project Deliverables

Upon completion of the project, the following deliverables were provided:

  • Repainted and refreshed metal frames in the kitchen.

  • Interior walls free from leaks and with repaired cracks.

  • Exterior garage walls with repaired cracks.

  • Repainted interior walls and ceiling areas as specified.

  • Restored and repaired staircase wood.

  • Neatened and repaired patio tiling.

  • Main entrance door sanded and repainted.
