Project Activities:

​

Wall Transformation
   - Identify and repair all cracks on interior walls.
   - Paint exterior walls and barrier walls to enhance the overall appearance.

Balcony Renovation
   - Remove existing grouting, re-grout, and seal three balconies.
   - Renovate balconies for improved aesthetics and durability.

Ceiling Cracks and Painting
   - Fix cracks on the ceiling and apply fresh paint to the surfaces.

Gutter Replacement and Painting
   - Replace and paint gutters.
   - Paint trusses for a cohesive look.

Security Gates, Balustrades, and Steelwork
   - Paint all security gates, balustrades, and steelwork at the front of the house.

Additional Painting
   - Paint flower pots.
   - Paint barrier wall.

Paving Stepping Stone
   - Install stepping stones.

​

Waterproofing, Crack and Damp-Proofing
    - Implement waterproofing solutions.
    - Fix cracks and damp-proof affected areas.

Tiling and Grout Maintenance
    - Seal, re-grout, and fix tiles around the pool.
    - Seal tiling and address any painting needs.

Vanishing Decking and Wooden Furniture
    - Apply vanish to decking and wooden chairs for protection and aesthetics.

Garage Interior and Doors
    - Paint the garage interior.
    - Paint two garage doors.

​

Water Feature
    - Install a water feature fountain.
    - Include the necessary pump.

​

Cupboard Maintenance
    - Fix cupboards and replace skirting.

​

Roof Maintenance
    - Labor for roof top ridge work.
    - Replace gutters.

Door Frame Replacement
    - Replace door frames.

Outside Room Renovation
    - Remove a portion of the outside room wall.
    - Apply Rhinolite, paint, and ceiling work for the room.

Painting of Various Components
    - Paint 9 poplar barn doors and frames.
    - Paint gas bottle frames.
    - Prepare and paint the dining room entrance, dining room area, and kitchen (walls and ceiling).

Bedroom and Living Area Painting
    - Paint inside stairs.
    - Paint master bedroom and other bedroom walls, ceiling, cornice, and skirting.
    - Paint living room and bathroom ceiling, cornice, and skirting.

Kitchen Renovation
    - Paint the kitchen wall to wall.
    - Replace damp-affected areas.
    - Replace the entrance door lock and rubber in the shower door.
